| 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful:  High quality, works great, highly reccomend, By This review is from: Briggs & Riley 21 Inch Carry-On Expandable Upright (Apparel) We have three, yes, 3 of these exact B&R travel bags in our family and are now getting a fourth. I've tried other less expensive roll carry on luggage before and they work fine for a short time but in each case the cheaper bags have a) broken the grab handle and b) broken the extendable pull handle - SO, having had these Briggs & Riley carry on upright bags for 3.5 years and with no issues and lots of travel miles, both domestic and international, planes, trains and automobiles, I'm going to get the fouth one from them too. My wife has several other B&R bags and one did break a wheel (think it was a garmet bag) and we sent it back via the retail store where we purchased it two years before and it was all repaired free of charge - thus,the warranty seems to be a real benefit if you actually have to use it. One complaint is the lack of colors (black and not so nice green), wish they would liven it up a bit! Pros: high quality, very durable fabric, works great, good warranty... Read more |
